JAIIB
Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Four papers on the revised syllabus, each testing whether you can apply banking rules rather than recite them.
Check the current notification. IIBF revises paper structure and passing criteria periodically. The aggregate route — 45% in each paper with 50% overall — and attempt limits are set out in the notification for your exam cycle, not here.

Where candidates lose marks
Across the four papers the failures cluster in predictable places.
A workable order
If you are attempting all four in one cycle, start with AFM. It carries the heaviest conceptual load and the most numericals, so it needs the longest runway and benefits most from spaced repetition. PPB and IE & IFS reward steady reading and can be built in parallel. Leave RBWM for last, but leave it real time rather than the final week.
